How I made custom Jeep Grand Cherokee Fog Lights

Hey everyone, Andrew from TRC here! I’m super excited to share my latest project: custom LED fog lights for the 2005-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK!

This all started when my cousin, who owns a 2010 Grand Cherokee, mentioned how tough it was to find direct-fit fog light options. Most of the cool ones required heavy modifications and were pretty expensive. So, I teamed up with him and dove into the design process.

Using SolidWorks, I reverse-engineered the original fog lights and created a new housing that perfectly fits without any modifications. These fog lights are modeled after the iconic Jeep Wrangler style, combining that classic rugged look with modern functionality.

The best part? They come with awesome halos, are completely plug-and-play with the factory wiring harness and bumper hardware. Through multiple prototypes and lots of tweaking, I nailed the fitment. Now, you can just pop these in within five minutes—no fuss!
